What are fees and what rules apply?

Fees are all costs that may be incurred when using Orsetto to sell products. These include:

• Success fee: 4.9% of the sales price, min. 0.10 CHF, max. 99 CHF per transaction. It is only charged if the product is actually sold.
• Boost: Flat fee of 9.90 CHF per listing, regardless of duration or listing type.
• Video: Depending on video length – up to 10s 4.90 CHF, 10–20s 8.90 CHF, 20–30s 12.90 CHF.

Boost and Video are paid add-ons and become due immediately upon activation – regardless of sales success.

Tip

Fees are only charged once per listing, even if the listing is reactivated.

Good to know

The fees are the same for all sellers – there is no difference between private and business accounts.
