Can a rating be deleted?
In principle, ratings are binding and cannot be independently deleted or changed once submitted.
However, if you believe that a rating is unfair or was given by mistake, you can submit a deletion request to customer service. For this, we need:
- • the affected order or product
- • the username of the person who left the rating
- • your own username
Tip
Once this information has been provided, the support team will review the case individually. In most cases, both parties will be contacted to ensure a fair assessment.
Good to know
Not every negative rating will be deleted automatically. The key factor is whether it violates our guidelines or is clearly unfounded.
