Why are ratings important and how can I receive one?
Ratings are a central part of Orsetto. They create transparency and trust:
- • A good rating profile increases your credibility and sales chances.
- • Buyers and sellers can better evaluate each other based on the experiences of other users.
- • Negative ratings help to make problematic behavior visible and protect the community.
Tip
To receive a rating, the following rule applies: once either 14 days have passed since the order date or the order status is marked as Order complete, an automatic reminder email will be sent to both parties.
Good to know
In addition, you can always directly ask your buyer or seller to leave you a rating.
