How can I contact the seller?
The easiest way to get in touch with a seller is through the Questions & Answers function directly on the product page.
Once you have verified your phone number, you can ask the seller questions about their listing.
At first, your question is only visible to the seller. The conversation is unlocked once they reply. The seller then has two options:
- • Public – the answer is visible to all users and can help other interested buyers.
- • Private – only you and the seller can see the answer
This system ensures transparency while still leaving room for private communication. Other users can benefit from helpful information, while personal details remain protected.
Not Allowed
To keep communication fair, clear rules apply. The following are not allowed:
- • Offers or requests aimed at transactions outside of Orsetto
- • Sharing email addresses or external websites
- • Any form of advertising for products, goods, or services
- • Offensive, discriminatory, or harassing content
All questions and answers are checked by our system for prohibited content. In addition, they remain stored for a certain time even after a sale, to provide buyers and sellers with security in case of disputes.

Ask your questions directly on the product page – you'll receive a private or public answer from the seller, and everything stays transparent, safe, and traceable within Orsetto.
