Changing your username

Your username is the unique name you chose when you created your Orsetto account. It's the name other members see when you're buying or selling with them. It's the name other Orsetto members see when you're buying or selling with them
You can change your username in the personal information section of Orsetto or by selecting the button below.
You can only change your username once every 30 days.
Tip

No email received: Check your spam folder and add "orsetto.ch" to your safe senders list.

Your Orsetto Username

Your username is the unique name you picked when joining Orsetto. It's how other members recognize you when you're buying or selling.
A good username is more than just a label. It helps others trust and remember you. Since your Orsetto reputation grows over time, it's smart to choose a name you'll want to keep for the long run.

Username rules

  • Must be unique – no two members can have the same username.
  • Minimum 5, maximum 20 characters.
  • Cannot end with domain-style extensions like ".com", ".net", ".web", etc.
  • Cannot contain offensive, misleading, or inappropriate terms.

After changing your username

Your new username automatically replaces your old username wherever it appears on Orsetto. All your member and account information, including your feedback score, will be transferred to your new username.
Good to know
You can change your Orsetto username once every 30 days. Your new name replaces the old one everywhere, and all your history and ratings stay with you.
