How can I reset my password?
It happens to the best of us: your password is gone! Don't worry, you can easily reset it in just a few steps.
Step-by-step guide
- Go to the login page and click "Forgot password".
- Enter your registered email address and submit the request.
- Check your inbox and click the link in the email.
- Follow the instructions on the page to set a new password.
Password requirements:
- At least 8 characters
- At least one number
- At least one symbol
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
Tip
No email received: Check your spam folder and add "orsetto.ch" to your safe senders list.
Common issues & tips:
- Wrong email: Make sure you're using the email address registered to your account.
- Expired link: Start the "Forgot password" process again and use the most recent email.
- Link doesn't open: Clear your browser cache or try a different device/browser.
- Google/Apple login: If you signed up with a social login, please log in using your Google or Apple account instead.
