Signing in to your account
After creating your Orsetto account, sign in whenever you want to buy, sell, or simply explore. Once logged in, we'll tailor your experience and highlight items that match your style and interests.

You'll need to sign in to your account to access Orsetto where you can keep track of all your buying and selling activities, view items you've saved to your watch list, and find your favorite sellers and searches. You'll also need to be signed in to exchange messages with other eBay members.
Signing in with your username
- Go to our Sign in page.
- Enter your username.
- Select Continue.
- Enter your password.
- Select Sign in.
If you can't sign in to your Orsetto account
If you experience any problems signing in, here are a few things to check:
- Make sure Caps Lock isn't on
- Look for spelling errors
- If you recently changed your username or password, your browser might remember your old information. Try manually entering your new username and password
If you're still having problems logging in, you can reset your password.
Tip
If you can't sign in and believe your account may have been compromised, contact us with email or call our center.
How to sign out
To log out, select Profile in the bottom menu, scroll down and then select Sign out. We recommend you log out of your account whenever you've finished using Orsetto especially if you're using a public or shared device.

Sign in to your Orsetto account for a personalized shopping experience and access to Orsetto. You can track buying and selling activities, items on your Watchlist, and your favorite sellers and searches.
